Designed and put into operation an enterprise AI governance and security framework on Microsoft 365: a reference model of 60 capabilities, a register of every assistant, the controls IT works from, and a board paper the trustees can act on. Capability coverage is measured against the model across four control domains: AI estate visibility, approval and containment, detection and evidence, and decision and assurance.
Ran structured use-case discovery across business functions, assessing more than forty candidate use cases and prioritising them by business value, technical feasibility, data readiness and regulatory exposure.
The prioritised set became a governed three-year roadmap sequencing capability build, control maturity and user enablement in step with one another, with a target operating model defining ownership, decision rights, governance forums, funding routes and the assurance checkpoints a use case must pass before it moves from concept into production.
Designed and implemented a governance framework for agentic AI across corporate business systems: policies, guardrails, human-oversight gates at defined decision points, the conditions under which agent autonomy is extended or withdrawn, model and version control, and end-to-end audit traceability.
